What is the return policy?

We aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however if you have purchased an item and believe it to be faulty, the below conditions do not apply. If you have received a faulty garment, please get in touch through the contact page on the website.

We have a return policy of a week after delivery. If your product arrives damaged, the size doesn’t fit well or you don’t like the colour combination you choose get in touch straight away with us through the contact page on the website to organize a return. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, once received the returned package we will send a new one out to you, we will refuse returns of items where it is apparent that the conditions have not been met.

Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Everybody Loves Cosi, faulty garments sent back without prior arrangement may not be able to receive their postage fee back.

Will my refund incude shipping charges?

We will not refund shipping charges for items returned for change of mind or exchanges.

I've received the wrong item?

If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know straight away through the contact page on the website.


Is there any delivery details?

When you complete the purchase you will be asked which shipping method you prefer, if you choose a tracked parcel we will send you the tracking number as soon as is issued. We use NZ and AUS post for deliveries. There might be a slight delay in delivery times from the ones indicated on the website in case the post has some issues.

How long does it take from placing the order to receive it?

From when you place the order, we give a 2 weeks time for preparing it, this is because the pockets are all custom made to order and it requires almost 2 hours to have a complete t-shirt made and if we have lots of orders on that requires time.
The pockets are partially hand knitted and partially hand machine knitted. After a pocket has been knitted the have a resistant backing applied inside the top border and at the back.
This is to create an easiness when it comes to washing and ironing the t-shirt.
After the pockets have backing applied and the have been hand blocked to measurement, they got the seamstress to get sewn on. Finally, they are ready to be packed and sent.
Every step requires time and human energy this is to create a unique craft product.

Do you take large orders?

We are very happy to look into large orders just remember it might require a longer lead time to have them all done

From when I place an order when do I get a confirmation email?

Once you place an order online you will receive straight away a confirmation email with a receipt of the purchase. As soon as the order has been processed you will be sent an email to say that the order it’s on its way, if you selected a tracked parcel delivery we will send you the tracking number attached to the email.

Why the cost of the t-shirts?

The creation of each Pocket and t-shirt requires time as the pockets are handcrafted individually, this creates a uniqueness to each pocket. The t-shirts we use are made of 100% organic cotton of the best quality. The pockets have backing applied and are hand blocked to the to create an easiness in care, washing and drying of the product.
The Cotton of the pockets is mercerized which guarantees a better longevity of the cotton and especially the colour vibrancy wash after wash.
